A new look that matches Gemini Notebook — the notebook toolbar, the home page bar, menus, dialogs, the “/” prompt list and the language switcher now follow Google’s new design

Compact mode — click the arrow at the right end of the notebook toolbar or the home page bar to fold it into one slim line. Click it again to bring everything back

• On the home page, your tags or collections fold into one pill that opens the full list

• Each bar remembers its choice everywhere — every notebook, every open tab — until you change it. You can also switch Compact notebook toolbar and Compact home tags bar under Settings → Account → Page Display
