Specific Google Account fails to authenticate on Extension (v1.9.3) across Firefox & Brave – Backend issue suspected

Hi NLMTools Support Team,I am facing an issue where a specific Google account refuses to connect or sync with the NotebookLM Tools Extension (v1.9.3), while all my other Google accounts connect and work seamlessly without any problems.Issue Details:Extension Version: v1.9.3Browsers Tested: Firefox and Brave Browser (Fresh installation)OS: Fedora LinuxBehavior: The NotebookLM web application (notebooklm.google.com) works completely fine with this specific account. However, the extension refuses to authenticate or connect to it on both Firefox and Brave.Troubleshooting steps I have already performed:Tested on a brand-new, clean instance of Brave Browser where the account was never logged in before. My other Google accounts worked immediately on Brave, but this specific account failed to connect.Completely cleared browser cache, site data, and cookies for google.com and notebooklm.google.com.Cleared the extension's local storage directory from the system profile.Signed out of all Google accounts and made the problematic account the primary/default account (Index 0).Checked the extension's background script console (about:debugging); no client-side JavaScript errors are thrown when clicking the connect button.Since the issue persists on a fresh browser setup and the web app itself functions properly, it appears that this specific account identifier (Google User ID) or token state might be stuck or locked in your backend server database.Could you please inspect my account's status on your end and reset its sync state?Thank you!

I think the issue because google roll out the update domain from notebooklm.google.com or notebook.google.com? So i just made an update with version 1.9.4 - Chrome need google approve so may be take few days - Firefox version already update: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/notebooklm-to… If you account use notebook.google.com you can test on Firefox version Thank you

I installed the Chrome version(1.92) of the extension prior to the rebranding as Gemini NotebookLM. It works fine. On another machine, I am unable to connect to Notebooklm with a new install of the Chrome extension (1.9.2) after the rebranding. I did an install with the Firefox extension (1.9.3) and I have the same problem. We were able to to successfully connect using Brave. These are all PCs. I don't know if the timing around the rebranding is significant but I thought I would mention it. I was able to upload a series of prompts using a JSON file but not able to access them in NotebookLM using the / slash. I suspect this is due to the lack of connection between the extension and the NotebookLM via the Google API. We also trying turning off the developer mode in Chrome extensions and that had no effect. We have not tried clearing cache. Also the NotebookLM tools bar does not appear when I open NotebookLM directly which is the only way I can presently. I am about ready to deploy your tools to several people and need to figure this out. Any other debugging suggestions would be helpful.

Update: I have lost the ability to use the / slash to access the prompts even in my original prompt. Could this be a cache or cookie problem?

Which mean it happen on specific account? Or specific machine? Let me check with the prompt feature on our side Thank you

Update: Tested on my side. The prompt feature works fine on Chrome and Firefox. I assume there is a lack of permission from Chrome or a conflicting extension. 1. Create a fresh Chrome profile. 2. Install only the NLMTools.com extension. 3. Then test it. Please let me know if you have any issues. Thank you 🙏

I need a very urgent reply. The account used to work with the add-on, but now it doesn't. What is the solution?

There are no backend from our side All your local and google api All use google api access by extension with specific permission So i think some account may strict permission. So the extension can not acess Can you user each account with separate chrome profile?
