Sources not loading when NotebookLM Tools is active

HiSources added via NotebookLM load as expected however, if NotebookLM Tools is active the adding of a source file is blocked?

I tried refreshing the notebook however, it didn't work. Its like NBLMT is receiving the source file but not passing it on to the actual notebook?
