Can you double check that your account use notebooklm.google.com or notebook.google.com? I think google changing the domain as well
Hello, is the Gmail not showing as a Workspace account? I mean a domain account created from Google Workspace? Or you can create a fresh Chrome profile, then log in only to NotebookLM and do not log in to the Chrome profile. I think the Gmail has strict permissions for Chrome. Thank you
Hello, my main account is a Google One account s.csanyi@gmail.com. First, when I used this account, NBLM did not display the language widget in the Comet browser. I tried to reinstall NLMtools, but the whole functionality is dead. I cannot connect NotebookLM to NLMtools, and consequently, I have an active license but am not connected. In Chrome, they are connected, but I do not want to use Chrome. Please be so kind as to repair my connection, asap. Thanks, Sándor

I think the issue because google roll out the update domain from notebooklm.google.com or notebook.google.com? So i just made an update with version 1.9.4 - Chrome need google approve so may be take few days - Firefox version already update: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/notebooklm-to… If you account use notebook.google.com you can test on Firefox version Thank you
