I regret purchasing a license and giving money to you.

Is this how we’re supposed to be treated for voluntarily donating money when we don’t have to? I must say, this is an incredibly painful, torturous, and cruel way to treat someone who has already acknowledged the value of this extension. It’s quite bizarre, though, because we’re telling you that this is a particularly useful tool that we want to thank you for by donating money, and you go around making it seem like the reaction undermines the value. In essence, the very thing that I’m thanking you for is a bizarre, cruel, and unusual psychological mind game that you’ve administered here, and I don’t know. I have to believe that it’s not intentional, but the fact that it could even be close to something like this is shameful.I’ll tell you, not that you don’t already know, but I’ve now entered a labyrinth of riddles and ridiculous hoops to jump through. I’ve jumped through so many hoops that I’m about to lose my mind. I don’t know how many more hoops you want me to do or how many times you want me to repeat the same thing over and over again before it’s enough, but I’m about to stop using this damn thing, take your money, and leave me alone as long as it stops. I’ll tell you right now, as soon as I bought that license, you’ve been relentlessly hounding me for it. It’s as if I don’t exist; it’s like Groundhog Day. I literally have to go through this, and it’s not easy because it’s not just putting in the license key, which would be bad enough to do every time. No, I have to go put the license key in. Is it over? No, I have to log in. And It’s not even easy to find the login page. It’s hidden somewhere, a small blurb, or a link. This little link at the bottom “Manage your account” very quietly, on one of your pages. That’s about as obvious as it is to even get there, so I have to find that. Oh, but trust me, I KNOW where it is now after the 50th time, but think of people who haven’t had to go through that, poor me do not know what's ahead of them.Once I found the page, there's a login, but not a typical one, i have verify every time, ... enter your email, send a code to my email, then you have to retrieve that code, enter it, and finally go to the page and find the key.
