Egregi, non sono ancora riuscito a far funzionare la licenza, ho dato incarico al mio tecnico di fiducia per verificare dove sta il problema. Faccio presente che tutto si è rallentato, non riesco a creare le presentazioni e ogni tanto si blocca

Ciao Giorgio 1. Recupera la chiave: controlla l’email di Polar dell’acquisto, oppure accedi a https://polar.sh/nlmtools/portal con la **stessa email usata per pagare**. Dal portale vedi la chiave e i dispositivi (fino a 5). 2. Attiva dal **popup dell’estensione** (icona NotebookLM Tools nella barra del browser) → clicca **Unlicensed** → incolla la chiave → **Activate**. Non serve aprire la pagina di NotebookLM. Guida: https://www.nlmtools.com/it/troubleshooting#activate 3. Se risulta già licensed ma restano limiti/banner: aggiorna la scheda di Gemini Notebook / NotebookLM, verifica di essere su notebook.google.com e che questo browser sia una delle 5 attivazioni. Puoi liberare uno slot dal portale. Non incollare la chiave qui. Se non si sblocca, scrivi a support@nlmtools.com con l’email di acquisto (non la chiave). --- Hi Giorgio 1.
